Other great tones to use around the house are light greens shades of purple which break the monotony of pale colors. The excessive use of the color white can create uneasiness, expectation and anxiety which makes people rather uncomfortable which is why people associate this color to places such as hospitals, clinics and similar establishments.
Color is an effect of light and since we don't live in a black and white world you should take advantage of the many shades and lights of color to create a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere around your house. Using different colors around the house can help people relax and improve their skills as they are more likely to be able to focus on certain parts of the house.
